mCloud functions totally automatically and you can create your server, your virtual machine, at any time, choosing performances and network resources a server should use and the operating system that needs to be automatically installed. If you choose to pay by payment card, after the completion of financial transactions, in just a few minutes the desired service becomes active. It is possible to pay via invoice, in which case the service is activated upon receipt of funds.
Using mCloud panel user can set all system parameters independently. It is an unmanaged service and the user gets full access to the leased resources and can operate them independently, and if the user needs assistance our expert technical support will be at his disposal. With these type of services we guarantee SLA from 99.99% for the work of the service itself and hardware but we don’t go into details of the installation itself and final solution (services, applications etc.)
